A slowly happening adventure-it takes a number like everything else! I have opened a mini zine distro within a suitcase ‘Zeen in the Suitcase’. It is a community incentive by KFAI approved. It has its own web/blog site http://zeeninthesuitcase.wordpress.com . I got the ball rolling in my head and did a zine display with little interest. Not sure if anyone knows what a zine is in our town-some asked, not advertised enough or just not interested, though there is a quiet mode of the writers in town that get not much recognition with the arts, though it is being worked on ‘the arts’ that is. literature is included, did you know!
Our first event is ‘Expression by the Type-writer‘, it’s a session when we will tap beat out the keys on a type-writer and do some doodling and present an end product. We will distribute the zine via the suitcase, and you can price it if you want or make it free, even better leave it at random places around town. So that’s what I will be doing!
