thoughts. Me dad only staggered in some nights wanting to see me but mum wouldn’t let him. The next morning Jayne could hear whistling coming down the road. Jayne popped her head out the window and it was her dad and he had this parcel neatly wrapped with red tissue paper and a white ribbon with a bow.

He gave me that red parcel with the white bow and it jingled. I missed you daddy and thank you for seeing me today and with a surprize red parcel, Open it.

I got the biggest surprize it was a tamberine…

The story above is different than what I wrote first and it’s so different-I liked the first snippet, thats filed, so you could be writing a snippet a few times before it’s right one that fits in well.

When starting my novel my ideas were going everywhere. I kept starting a line of thought then stopping. My teacher told me you just have to pick one idea and go with it. Starting from scratch with a novel there must be an idea and then revote around that. Some ideas with writing happening, maybe a chapter or two you can find that it’s not taking you anywhere. When I started Jayne Tishrae I started her as a little girl and it was in third person, though it didn’t take me anywhere after a 1000 words or 2.

One day it came to me boing! a diary format and I thought how cool is that-perfect. Plus I could write it as if she wrote it herself. This worked after part one and it’s still. Bits and pieces from the first idea with Jayne as a child I have kept snippets here and there. Kinda like above.

You know some of us are slow learners- I would of not coped these days- I would of only got to Grade 4. Some need a different approach to learning the encouragement of creatively stuff, but some only want to learn that stuff-something that you invent, as well.

Wholemeal flour S/R, dates-1 bag, cinnamin- 2 teaspoons. olive oil butter-rub enough to look like bread crumbs, water or milk, doesn’t make much difference, with oven already heated up, flour a baking tray and make a slab and slightly make cut makes-makes about 8. Once cooked, smother with butter.

My youngest daughter thought she would bake a cake and what a cake it was! The best ever risen cake I’ve seen…I could not do any better! We only had whole self raising in the house and bannanas, I thought grouse a wholemeal sponge cake.

1 and a half cups of self raising wholemeal flour, I egg, 2 tblespn of olive oil butter and the same with milk. 3 squashed bannanas, 3 quarters of cup of raw sugar…icing about a cup of icing sugar and a couple of sqeezers of a real lemon.

Perfumes can be distilled by the use of a glass retort. A napkin wet with cold water should beplaced about the tube and a reciever placed upon the table. A lamp should be kept burning under the retort, removed far away to prevent the liqiud running. It should pass drop by drop into the reciever, and when inclined to run the lamp should be removed…

I remember making my own perfume-pink blossum flowers and water seal into a bottle and kept for days and I think it pretended to smell, well at first it did then the flowers went brownish.

I lost my craft mind, hands while being a mother. I was always home and there for my children. I have been in that journey of joy and a lot of hard work, though the worry never goes away. Now, I have time (I think) to enjoy getting lost in my own little world and escape society. It might have gradualatd over the past three years. I have picked up where I left off before kids’ though they are there but in the background still calling out MUM!

So much I have to do before I reach 100 years old-I will be waiting for the queen’s letter to congratulate me and my life. I am in process of a trunk tomb of all relics and mementoes to pass down among my families.

Getting back to a craft attack I have started making paper flowers and I was inspired by The White Wedding Dress Exhibition, recently about the paper flowers that were hand crafted. A coincidence was I was in the op shop the other week and picked up an old book all about making paper flowers.

I last left off to writing I would stick my plan to the wall, well I haven’t. Oh well I will now! Part one first draft is finished; now Part two is to commence. This where I trigger my characters to act, be themselves and write the dam book. I’m pocking the keys on the keyboard very hard- maybe in my memory I think it’s type-writer-I don’t know. What else prompt me was a person who wasn’t nice I came across and disability has something to do with it, so that was that. Jayne Tishrae has come out of her closet with an aim though her mind thinks of conpanionship of a fun moving time. It started out to be, though in the end it will be a sad affair (we are talking about Part two plan) fictional by a fact! Awesome!

This story started with a diary about 6 months later went though a caravan, several majawana cigrettes, and a psyciactric hospital so I think pick up on the diarie’s format, it’s covers and what is on the covers-an elephant with it’s trunk up and several false walks to a gravesite of a big rest. That’s how Jayne went. So my diary is a symbol in my story. I have to make the diary stand out and have it’s own journey too.

I will not edit this post or any as this is how I write unassisted by our present, but go back to the eighties of this young girl in her life with having a mental illness.

I’m researching umbrellas and parasols and finding them interesting. I started collecting vintage parasols years ago and I have two, they are a rarely even back 20 years ago. Though, I have noticed they are showing up these days as new ones. Parasols are usually fabric where they keep you shaded and umbrellas are for wet weather. The first findings of the weather structure thing was in the bible, but as I looked further they come up even early than that in the chinese countries. The parasol was known in wars, and kings were always shaded by them. What I have found that it was really a man’s toy-it was them who were seen with them many moons ago,but something change in society, and that is where I’m up to. My search continues when I reach the bench of this intriguing structures that make sense in the discovery!

The opening day finally came, and I had a thought that I might again like the costume I made because I ended up hating it!, though thinking backwards, I couldn’t move along and do bits and pieces on the artwork itself it was all in my mind, juggling allsorts of ideas. When I found a dress-makers dummy a base of thought was placed- the foundation. The real work of it all was the ten days before I had to deliver it.
