Great un-wanted sewing materials you can find at Op-shops. I go to a few aweek as I like to pick up bargains. String to old sewing baskets and art supplies-allsorts! I got some old lace cord that was still in its paper bag of some long gone store. Unsual materials and clothes are great to cut up and patch a quilt of a funky era. I have been going to op-shops since I was 11 years old- my house even looks like an op-shop now…I’m sure I have been a hobo in past lives!
